Motion Page Limits
It is important when you are filing a motion for leave to file an interlocutory appeal that you know the page limits imposed upon you by the New Jersey Rules of Court. The Court rules limit you to 25 pages for your brief in support of your motion for leave to file an interlocutory appeal. For those filing an opposition brief in response to a motion for leave to file an interlocutory appeal, you also have 25 pages.
If you seek to file a brief containing more than 25 pages in support of a motion for leave to file an interlocutory appeal or in opposition to a motion for leave to file an interlocutory appeal, you are required to seek leave of court.
