It is important when you are filing an application for leave to file an emergent appeal in New Jersey's appellate courts that you know the page limits imposed upon you by the New Jersey Rules of Court. The Court rules on an emergent appeal do not set forth a page limit, because you instead fill out an emergent intake form.
