When New Jersey Monthly Magazine selected Jeffrey Mandel as a Super Lawyer in Appellate Practice in 2009, Jeff became the youngest 2009 New Jersey Super Lawyer in Appellate Practice in the State of New Jersey.
In 2010, New Jersey Monthly Magazine again selected Jeff Mandel a Super Lawyer in Appellate Practice. Jeff became one of only six lawyers in the State of New Jersey to be selected a Super Lawyer in Appellate Practice in 2010.
In total, New Jersey Monthly Magazine has selected Jeffrey S. Mandel as a Super Lawyer in Appellate Practice in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016.
According to New Jersey Monthly Magazine, only 5% of NJ lawyers are placed on the Super Lawyers list. The selection process is conducted by an independent firm that determines which lawyers in New Jersey, in their opinion, have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
In addition to visiting the Super Lawyer website to learn about the selection process, http://www.superlawyers.com/about/selection_process.html, you should know that
labels such as "super," and related statistics on how few lawyers are on the list (5%), is a representation by New Jersey Monthly Magazine that I have no way to confirm. You should therefore not consider it if you are on this website trying to determine which lawyer is the right one for you.
Whether a client or not, please note that the fact that I may be a recipient of a particular award and/or achievement is not a representation that I have any ability greater than any other attorney and it certainly should not be construed to mean that I can achieve a particular result. Similarly, the fact that I wrote a book on a particular subject, was placed on the Super Lawyer list, a Top 40 Lawyer Under the Age of 40, appear on TV, was named a Lawyer of the Year, and/or prevailed on a certain appeal/case does not mean that I have any greater knowledge than any other attorney and/or any greater ability to succeed on a particular appeal/case in the future than any other attorney. None of these awards or distinctions were given by a court nor were they endorsed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, or any court and/or judge for that matter. No aspect of this advertisement has been approved by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. For more information on the standard for giving this award, please visit the Superlawyers website.
